Mrs. William Glenn Kirts, who is making her home with her husband’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kirts, near Riverside, Thursday afternoon, received a telegram from the War Department telling of the death in Holland on Oct. 5 of her husband, a paratrooper in the U. S. Army. Prior to his entrance into the service, he was employed as a barber by Arthur Brier in Attica.

  William Glenn Kirts, aged 22 years, was sent overseas about three months ago. He was married in June 1943 to Anna Marie Knowles, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Knowles of Attica, who survives with a baby daughter, Deidra Ann, who was born last Aug. 7. He also leaves one brother, Elmer Leroy Kirts, of LaPorte, Ind.
